I want to sign up for a workshop - where are your registration forms?
SCRLC now accepts registrations through our new online My CE registration and tracking Program. You can access My CE by choosing an event and starting your registration process, or you can create an account to track your continuing education credits without registering by following the steps below.
Why do I need to create a login and password? more on this
Your login and password serve two purposes:
- After you complete the steps for creating an account, only you will have access to your personal My CE Summary, SCRLC’s Continuing Education (CE) tracking program. There you can view all the SCRLC events you have attended, and you can add CE details from non-SCRLC events. Your professional education records for re-certifications and performance reviews will now be password protected, but easily managed, accessed, and printed anywhere.
- Your login and password will also be used to certify your entry into our secured server site as you complete the payment portion of the registration.
Can a person start an account without registering for a workshop? more on this
Yes, your My CE account can be created without registering for an SCRLC event. After clicking on the Login button, click on Create a Login and fill out the Create Account form. Once you’ve completed these steps, you will receive an email confirming your account has been set up. Then you can access and manage your My CE Summary page and easily register for SCRLC events.
Can I register more than one person at a time?
Because your registration and login is affiliated with your personal CE Summary, registrations must be made using the login and password for each person registering.
Can I register for more than one event at a time?
Yes - as long as you are using the same payment option for all of your chosen events you can register for more than one event at a time.
Can I safely use my credit card in this registration program?
Yes, our credit card processing takes place offsite through iTransact.com. After you click on the Check Out button, you are in a secure server site; this is indicated by http changing to https in the web address (https://secure.data3m1.com/scrlc/.....). If you have not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so. If you have logged in, you will see your profile and can edit it or add notes, if desired, before choosing your payment option. Once you finish your transaction, you will need to login again to enter the CE Tracking program.
What are my payment options?
You may pay by SCRLC Voucher, Purchase Order, Check, or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. When you pay by check, please include the name and date of the workshop for which you registered, and mail it before the day of the event. You will need to contact our office if you require an invoice.
How long will my credit card information be stored?
No credit card information is stored. You will have to re-enter your credit card information each time you use it to register for an SCRLC event.
Can others see my information in My CE?
Access to any information in My CE is permitted only with a valid login and password.
How can I cancel my registration? more on this
You may cancel your registration by either
• Clicking on the link in your confirmation email.
• Logging into your My CE account and clicking on the cancel link.
• Calling our office at 607-273-9106
Although you can place and cancel your registration in My CE, actual refunds are not processed online - all refund arrangements must be made through the SCRLC office.

What if SCRLC cancels my event?
SCRLC reserves the right to cancel any workshop. In the event of a cancellation, registrants will be notified and may receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellation Policy
Can I enter workshops and classes into My CE that I did not take at SCRLC? more on this
Yes, My CE is designed to be used for tracking all your continuing education hours and credits, no matter who sponsored them or where they were attended.
How long will CE Summary information be available?
Information entered into the CE Summary will be available for as long as you want to use it. Should you want a copy of your records, options are available for printing, exporting, and saving your data.
