Supervising Student Assistants and Volunteers - a half-day workshop designed to give you best-practices information on advertising, interviewing, hiring, training, having important conversations, and evaluating the performance of your student assistants and volunteers.
This workshop will guide you through the process of advertising your positions using traditional and non-traditional methods, demonstrate interviewing techniques to open the dialogue between interviewer and applicant, training methods which best fit the trainee, and evaluating performance tied in with having important conversations and feedback, which then create opportunities for employee growth and development in your organization.
