Presenter: Bill Drew is Technical Services, Electronic Information, Serials, and Systems Librarian at Tompkins-Cortland Community College (TC3). Prior to TC3, Bill was Systems/Reference Librarian at Morrisville College Library where he worked for 23 years. He has taught and written extensively on using the Internet and the World Wide Web.
