Effective March 2011

• If you register, but SCRLC cancels an event (for any reason), all registrants who have paid will be notified and will receive a full refund.

• If you register and pay, but cannot attend an event, you can:

           •  contact SCRLC by phone or email at least 5 business days in advance for a full refund.

           •  send a substitute; please contact SCRLC so our records can be updated.

• If you register, pay, and notify SCRLC of cancellation 4 business days in advance, you will be issued a credit voucher.    

• If you register and pay, but do not notify SCRLC of cancellation 5 business days in advance and do not attend, handouts will be sent to you after the session, but no refund can be made.

• If you register, do not pay, do not notify SCRLC of cancellation 5 business days in advance, and do not attend, an invoice for the registration fee will be sent to you. The handouts will be mailed to you after payment is received.
